Joining Reward Program
Welcome to our Reward Program we call the “Diamond Club” (the “Program”) where you can earn points redeemable for rewards, discounts and other benefits as we may offer from time to time (“Rewards”). You need to register to join the Program. If you have an existing account with us, you do not need to create a new account and can use your existing account for this Program. There is no charge to register or participate in the Program. Register under the “The Diamond Club” tab (“Program Page”) on https://www.timelessha.com/ (the “Site”). By registering, you agree to be bound by these Program Terms. These Program Terms supplement and form part of our Terms of service – Timeless Skin Care (timelessha.com). You will need to provide your first and last name and email address to create an account with us and otherwise participate in the Program, you consent to our using such information according to our Privacy policy – Timeless Skin Care (timelessha.com).
How to Earn and Use Points for Rewards
Points will be redeemable for Rewards you can see on the Program Page. Many Rewards will only be redeemable in connection with a current purchase on the Site (and cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases). We may also email you to let you know about available Rewards, but you are free to unsubscribe from our marketing emails within the email.
Once you register for this Program, you will have an account with us. Be sure to log into your account prior to making a purchase or the purchase will not be tracked to earn you points. You will also need to be logged in to your account to see points and use a Reward. Points will accrue on every dollar spent on the Site (excluding shipping, handling, taxes, or free samples). How many points are available per such dollar spent may change over time or based on the product purchased. Please check the Program Page for current details on points to dollars spent ratios. If we increase or decrease the amount of points available per dollar spent on the Program Page, the change will be forward looking and will not affect previously earned points (determined on the date your purchase transaction or other action giving rise to points occurred). Points post to your account after a points earning activity is completed (which may take a few days). A purchase transaction is considered completed after it ships. If you cancel a purchase order or make an exchange or return, we reserve the right to adjust your points balance accordingly.
UNUSED POINTS WILL EXPIRE 12 MONTHS AFTER POINTS POST TO YOUR ACCOUNT. POINTS ACCRUE ON A “USE THEM OR LOSE THEM” BASIS BUT YOU CAN EXTEND THE EXPIRATION FOR ANOTHER 12 MONTH PERIOD IF YOU MAKE A PURCHASE PRIOR TO THE POINTS EXPIRING (AT LEAST ONCE EVERY 12 MONTHS).
We may offer the opportunity to earn Points outside of making purchases on the Site, for example, by following Timeless Skin Care on of our social media pages or referring a friend who makes a purchase on the Site. Unless a points earning offer indicates otherwise, you must be on the Site and logged into your account to earn points. We in our sole discretion determine what qualifies for points and how those points may be redeemed or may expire, as well as what Rewards are available. How to earn Points, available Rewards, and these Program Terms are subject to change from time to time in our discretion without prior notice.
We reserve the right to permit or not permit stacking or combining of Rewards with other available offers on the Site. For example, you may not be able to redeem a Reward for a discount on a purchase if we are already offering a discount to anyone who makes a purchase on the Site (whether or not registered in this Program) (a “General Offer”). Any limits on using a Reward with or on top of a General Offer will be displayed with a General Offer. Rewards themselves may also contain limits, such as an expiration date prior to which the Reward must be used. See the specific terms for each Reward for any limits on using the Reward. Some Rewards may be in the form of emails to you with a discount code or other information to be able to redeem the Reward. We are not responsible for undeliverable, late, lost, or misdirected emails sent to you using your email address in your account. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.
Program Tiers
There are two tiers of benefits in the Program, which we may change from time to time without prior notice. See chart below describing each tier and its benefits generally. Specific benefits for each tier appear on the Site and Program Page. Tiers reset annually, meaning, to remain in a tier, you need to meet the point threshold for that tier annually between January 1 and December 31. Tiers will reset to Glow Getter each January 1 and you can work up to Flawless VIP by earning points during the calendar year (January 1 – December 31).

Program Limitations
We reserve the right to limit use of Rewards in combination with all other discounts or promotional offers.
We may change, cancel, or suspend this Program, in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice. Any changes we make to these Program Terms will be effective immediately on notice, which we may give either by posting at the Reward Page, posting to your account to give you notice the next time you log into your account, or sending via email to you. Your participation in the Program after such notice will be deemed acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the changes, please discontinue use of the Program right away.
In the event of a dispute over available points or Rewards a Program participant has accrued, our records will control. All questions or disputes regarding the Program, including, without limitation, those involving eligibility, participation, fraud and abuse, will be resolved by Timeless Skin Care, whose decisions shall be binding on all Program participants.
You must not at any time engage in, facilitate or further unlawful conduct with regard to the Program or conduct that violates these Program Terms or our Terms of service – Timeless Skin Care (timelessha.com). You may not use any automated process or service to access and/or use the Program or the Site (such as a BOT, a spider, periodic caching of information stored by Timeless Skin Care, or “meta-searching”); use any unauthorized means to modify or reroute, or attempt to modify or reroute, the Program; damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Program (or the network(s) connected to the Program) or interfere with anyone’s use and enjoyment of the Program; or resell or redistribute Points or Rewards. We may suspend or terminate your account (and restrict any new accounts) or restrict your ability to participate in the Program even if we do not terminate your account for any suspected violation of these Program Terms. All unused points and Rewards in a restricted or terminated account are forfeit and we have no liability for you inability to use them.
Points and Rewards have no independent value, are not redeemable for actual cash and have no cash value. Points and Rewards cannot be shared to another Program participant’s account or offered for sale, trade or barter to other people; they only benefit the registered account holder.
Only you may use your account to participate in the Program. You are responsible for all activity that takes place with or through your account. You may not permit any third party to access and/or use the account on your behalf. Please keep your contact information current in your account so you don’t miss out on receiving Program notices.
